Three ways to reach me, and I answer all of them myself.

There is no call center here, no queue, and no one else reading your message. Whichever of these you pick, it comes to me. Pick whichever is easiest, and if you are not sure what to ask yet, that is a perfectly good place to start from.

When you can reach me.

Text and email reach me at any hour. Send them whenever the question occurs to you, including late at night, and I will answer as soon as I am up. I would rather you send it at eleven and forget about it than wait until morning and forget entirely.

Calls are best scheduled. My calendar is open and current, so whatever you see on it is genuinely free. If something is urgent, call anyway, and if I miss it I will call back.

The Trow Insurance Agency runs remotely, out of New Franken, Wisconsin, and I am licensed in ten states. Nearly everything happens by phone, video, and email, which means where you live matters less than whether I am licensed there. Products, features, and availability vary by state and by carrier.

A physical office is on the way. When it opens, the address and hours will be right here, and you will be welcome to come sit down with me instead of scheduling a video call.

What happens after you reach out.

We talk. That is genuinely the whole next step. You tell me roughly what you are trying to protect, I ask a few questions, and I explain the options in language that does not require a glossary. Nothing is submitted to any carrier until you say you are ready, and if the honest answer is that you do not need more coverage right now, I will tell you that instead.
