Coverage, eligibility, and rates are never guaranteed until a policy is actually issued.

The issued policy governs

If you buy coverage, the insurance company's issued policy is the contract. Its terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions control what is and is not covered, and they take precedence over any description on this website.
